Warranty Coverage

TekTarget offers a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Defective stitching or panel separation

  • Valve or bladder issues (won’t hold air)

  • Structural defects that occur under normal use

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, improper inflation, over-inflation, or playing on unsafe surfaces (e.g., concrete, gravel)

  • Wear and tear from normal training and gameplay

  • Damage caused by weather exposure, sharp objects, or intentional misuse

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty inspection:

  1. Contact us at support@tektargetball.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach photos or a short video showing the defect.

  3. Our team will review your submission within 3–5 business days.

If the ball is determined to have a manufacturing defect, TekTarget will:

  • Replace the ball at no cost

  • Issue a refund, at our discretion

  • Provide Store Credit for partial value

We may request the original ball be returned for inspection.
